Refund policy

We want Stems Live to be useful to you. This policy explains how refunds work.

1. Subscriptions

We don't offer a money-back guarantee on subscriptions, because the Basic plan is free and unlimited in its features: you only pay for the cloud, your team, and scale. You can try everything essential at no cost before subscribing.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime. Your subscription stays active until the end of the already-paid cycle and then reverts to the Basic plan. No further cycles are charged, and your songs and settings are kept.

3. Artificial intelligence credits

Purchased credits are not refundable for a change of mind.
If an AI job fails due to a technical error on our part, we automatically refund the credits for that job.

4. Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA)

If you subscribe from the European Union or the EEA, you have the legal 14-day right of withdrawal for digital products, with the applicable exceptions once the service has begun to be provided with your consent.

5. Unrecognized charges

If you see a charge you don't recognize, contact us before opening a chargeback and we'll resolve it.
